Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AraiHub (operated by Teparit Limited), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AraiHub is a unified customer support platform that provides live chat widgets, ticketing, portal tracking, and community webboard features. The service is offered in Free and Pro tiers.

3. Account Registration

  • You must authenticate via Google or Microsoft to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it updated
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

4. Free Plan

The Free plan includes 1 project, 2 agents, and 100 issues per month with 30-day message history. Free plan users will see "Powered by AraiHub" branding on the widget. The Free plan is available indefinitely with no trial period.

5. Pro Plan

The Pro plan costs $7 USD (฿199 THB) per month per workspace and includes unlimited projects, agents, issues, and history. Pro users may remove the "Powered by AraiHub" branding. A 14-day free trial is available for new Pro subscribers.

6. Payment & Billing

  • Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partner
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Send spam, phishing, or abusive content through the widget
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
  • Interfere with other users' use of the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
  • Use the service to store or transmit malicious code

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to AraiHub. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AraiHub and Teparit Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
